Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on omb.live are final and non-refundable. This includes subscriptions, gifts, coin purchases, content unlocks, and gift purchases.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to subscriber-only content until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, including for early cancellation, account deactivation, or platform termination by either party.

Gifts

Gifts are voluntary payments made to creators. Once sent, they are non-refundable for any reason.

Coin Purchases

Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. In exceptional cases where we do issue a refund, any coins still in your balance are removed. If the coins were already used to send gifts, the gifted amount is recovered from the recipient creator's earnings, and PayPal's processing fee is non-refundable.

Content Unlocks

Payments made to unlock VIP or paid content are non-refundable. Once access to digital content has been granted, we cannot reverse the transaction. Gift-locked messages may be set by the creator as permanent unlocks or as 7-day unlocks. A 7-day unlock grants access for seven days, after which the message relocks and may be gifted again.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider will result in immediate suspension of your account and permanent loss of access to any paid content. We reserve the right to terminate your account and pursue collection of any disputed amounts plus applicable fees.
