1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account information: email address, username, display name, and password
- Profile information: avatar, banner image, bio, and other optional profile details
- Payment information: processed entirely through PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers
- Content: photos, videos, and messages you post or send on the Platform
- One-on-Ones and lives: we may record each person's video and audio stream in a One-on-One, and lives. Recordings are stored on our servers and contain what you say and show on camera
- Data needed to run the service: messages, gifts, payments, call and connection details, and activity pass through our servers and are stored so the service can operate
- Face effects: filters analyze your face on your device to place effects. That face data is not sent to us, but the video you send in a One-on-One or live is
- Payout accounts: if you connect PayPal, we store your PayPal account ID and email. PayPal may verify your PayPal account and keeps that data under its own privacy policy. We do not ask for your legal name, date of birth, address, or tax identification number to set up payouts.
- Proof of age: we do not collect ID at signup. If an account is reported or we suspect a user is under 18, we may ask for proof of age. We use it only to make that decision, delete it after review, and keep only the outcome and date.
- Older verification results: some accounts were verified through a former payment processor. We keep the result and date, not the documents.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting us through our contact form
We also collect automatically:
- Usage data: pages viewed, interactions, and referring URLs
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system
- Geolocation: approximate location based on IP address to restrict creator onboarding to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Fans are not geo-restricted.
