Connect PayPal When You Are Ready to Charge
When you want to set a subscription price, receive gifts, or accept paid unlocks, connect PayPal. Payouts go to your PayPal account, and PayPal may ask you to verify it. You must be in the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand to accept payments.

What You Need to Charge
