Content Policy

The Short Version

OMB Live is a platform for adults 18 years of age or older. Creators share the content their subscribers pay for, within clearly defined rules. This is not an adult content platform. Sexually explicit content, nudity, and a small set of other content categories are not allowed.

What IS Allowed

The following content is permitted on the Platform, provided all depicted individuals are 18 years of age or older and have given informed consent:

• Fashion, fitness, lifestyle, arts, and creative photography and video
• Lifestyle and creative content of any kind, provided it complies with this policy
• Kissing, hugging, cuddling, and other intimate contact that is not sexual in nature
• Discussion of mature topics in text, audio, or implied visual form

What Is NOT Allowed

The following content categories are strictly prohibited on the Platform, regardless of consent, age verification, or local legality. These rules apply everywhere, including private messages, paid or locked content:

• Nudity and sexually suggestive posing
• Sexually explicit content, including sexual acts, visible or clearly exposed genitalia, and content designed primarily to depict sexual arousal or orgasm
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way, or any content depicting individuals who are or appear to be under 18 in a sexual or suggestive context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including so-called "deepfakes" or any intimate imagery published without the consent of all depicted individuals
• Bestiality and any content depicting sexual activity with animals
• Incest or any content depicting sexual activity between family members
• Prostitution, escort services, or any content that explicitly offers or solicits in-person sexual services
• Off-platform solicitation that bypasses our payment system, including advertising competing platforms, third-party payment apps, or off-platform contact information for the purpose of commercial sex

OMB Standard

The Platform is for creators who share the content their subscribers pay for, within clearly defined rules. The OMB Standard is the tie-breaker when a specific piece of content is not clearly addressed by the categories above.

If a piece of content could appear in a mainstream fashion magazine or art exhibition without being classified as adult content, it is permitted. If the primary purpose of the content is to depict nudity, sexual acts, visible genitalia, or graphic sexual arousal, it is not permitted. When in doubt, the OMB Standard favors the conservative interpretation.

Age Verification and Consent

OMB Live is a platform for adults 18 years of age or older. Every user confirms they are 18+ when they create an account. When a user posts content for the first time, they confirm a second time that all depicted individuals are 18+ and that the content complies with this policy. That per-post acknowledgement is recorded once and is not requested again.

When a creator chooses to charge for content (subscriptions, gifts, paid unlocks), we require identity verification through PayPal. PayPal verifies the creator's identity to confirm the creator is 18+ and is the person depicted in the content. PayPal's verification is in addition to the signup and per-post confirmations.

All depicted individuals in any post or message must also be 18 years of age or older. Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, the creator is the "secondary producer" of their content and is responsible for keeping records demonstrating that all depicted individuals are adults who consented to the content. OMB Live maintains the platform records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258 and reports any suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

Enforcement

Content that violates this policy is removed without notice. Accounts are subject to our three-strike enforcement policy: written warning for the first violation, temporary suspension for the second, and permanent termination for the third. Earnings from prohibited content are forfeited.

Reports can be submitted using the report button on every post, message, and profile page, or through our contact form. Content depicting minors should be reported to [email protected] for the fastest response.

This page is the single source of truth for what is and is not allowed. The Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, the signup agreement, and all marketing copy reflect the rules on this page. If you find any other place on the Platform where copy contradicts this page, please report it to us.
